What abrasive blasting standards do you support (SP6, SP10, SP16)?
Surface preparation can be performed in accordance with SSPC / AMPP standards, including:

• SSPC-SP10 Near-White Metal Blast Cleaning
• SSPC-SP16 Brush-Off Blast Cleaning for Non-Ferrous Metals

Do you blast and coat structural steel?
Yes. We frequently prepare and coat structural steel beams, columns, stairs, railings, and fabricated assemblies used in construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects.
Do you provide blasting and coating in a controlled environment?
Yes. Blasting and coating operations are performed within our enclosed blast booths and industrial paint booths, allowing for controlled surface preparation and coating application.
Do you blast and coat fabricated assemblies before delivery?
Yes. We frequently work with fabrication shops that require surface preparation and coating of fabricated assemblies prior to delivery or installation, ensuring coatings meet project specifications.
Do you provide quality control or inspection reports?
Yes. When required, we can provide inspection and quality control documentation, including coating verification and surface preparation checks in accordance with project requirements.
Can you provide TDS and SDS documentation for coatings?
Yes. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for coating materials are available upon request. Coating systems are applied according to manufacturer technical data sheet requirements.
Do you follow manufacturer coating specifications?
Yes. Coatings are applied according to manufacturer specifications, including recommended surface preparation, film thickness requirements, and curing conditions.
Do you work with CNC shops and machine manufacturers?
Yes. We regularly support CNC machine shops and equipment manufacturers that require abrasive blasting or protective coatings for machined components, fabricated assemblies, and industrial equipment parts.
Can you prepare machined parts for coating?
